Section titled “Global Shortcuts”Work anywhere while the app is running.

Text-Input Mode (Cmd/Ctrl+E)
Section titled “Text-Input Mode (Cmd/Ctrl+E)”Type text directly into the overlay without switching away from your interview window.
- Press Cmd/Ctrl+E to enter input mode.
- Type normally — keystrokes are captured by the overlay and hidden from other apps.
- Press Enter to submit the input.
- Press Escape to cancel and exit input mode.
- English (US QWERTY) layout only. IME input is not supported.
- Practice before interviews so hotkeys feel natural.
- Avoid conflicts with IDE or meeting app keybinds; you can change shortcuts in Settings if needed.
- If shortcuts don’t fire, ensure the app is running and try running as Administrator on Windows.
